Distilled within 24 hours of pressing from hand-selected fresh Sangiovese pomace using the artisanal discontinuous steam method, the Morellino Riserva grappa ages for 18 months in French oak barrels. This process yields a spirit boasting an amber color, a broad and round aroma with enticing hints of berries, cocoa, must, and vanilla. The palate is warm and enveloping, leading to a lingering finish that endures.
